Mark limits his practice at MAGII to two main areas of concentration: First, Employee Benefits for generous organizations who value their staff and bottom line. Second, comprehensive Wealth Management for a limited number of successful families and business owners. Mark and his team take pride in providing comprehensive process-based advice customized around their client’s values, goals and needs.
A graduate of C.W. Post – Long Island University’s Certification Program in Financial Planning and Dowling College, where he attained his BBA in Finance with High Honors. Mark is a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designee from the American College and is certified by The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards to use the professional certifications CFP® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. Mr. Gajowski holds several securities licenses (FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24) and is an Investment Advisor Representative (FINRA Series 65) with American Portfolios Advisors, Inc. In addition, he holds Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses in several states and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist® (CEBS®) designee awarded through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
A sought after speaker, he frequently lectures on areas in his field, and provides continuing professional education (CPE) credits to CPA’s throughout the year. Mr. Gajowski has also served in a court of law as an expert financial witness and has appeared in several National periodicals including the Dow Jones Investment Advisor, where he was highlighted in the February 2004 cover story, “Fresh Faces in Financial Planning”. In 2008, he was honored as recipient of the Long Island Business News’s 40/40 Award – recognizing the top 40 achievers on Long Island, under the age of 40. In 2013 he was selected to the exclusive 8th Cohort for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, the nation’s premier entrepreneurial coaching program. Additionally, his company, MAGII, was a finalist for the HIA-LI Small Business Achievement Award in the fall of 2013.
Mark believes that his career is about service, and service has always been a big part of his life. He donates his time and resources as a Lieutenant in the Riverhead Volunteer Fire Department, Long Island Blood Services, Long Island Cares Food Bank and is a strong supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation / MS Hope for a Cure. He lives on the scenic North Fork of Long Island, with his lovely wife and three beautiful children.

Jennifer began her career in the restaurant industry where she managed restaurants for the first 15 years of her career. Thriving on the energy and customer service aspect of the restaurant business, she moved on to become the New York Regional Customer Service Manager for TruGreen Companies. Here Jennifer managed a team of 40 customer service representatives in 8 locations. Building on both her financial management and customer service experience, Jennifer has now made her home here at magii Group of Companies where she dons many hats from process improvement to human resources to customer service and budgeting.
Jennifer and her husband were married on St. Patrick’s Day 2001. They have two beautiful children; son Logan and daughter Laurel. In her free time, she enjoys movies with her sister, reading, and spending quality time with her children.
Lesslie began her career in the insurance industry over 15yrs ago. Starting out as a receptionist at a small insurance company where she quickly learned the business and moved up the ranks. Eager to learn all sides of the Group Employee Benefits business Lesslie began working for several Third Party Administrators which lead her into a role as An Account Executive for an insurance Brokers. While working as an Account Executive she earned her New York State Life, Accident and Health License along with her New York State Notary Public License.
Lesslie is a current student of St. Joseph's College in Patchogue N.Y where she is earning a Master's Degree in Business Management. Besides enjoying spending time with her family and entertaining friends she also shares a passion for cooking and travel.
Nagendra Singh, EA, CFP®

Nagendra started his career in the financial services industry in the 1990’s working with several large companies designing and implementing web-based retirement modeling tools. Tired of having little contact with the everyday person, he transitioned away from generic modeling and began working with individuals and small businesses under the direction of a CPA and financial planner. This is where Nagendra first saw the dramatic benefits of marrying together clients’ financial plans with their annual tax filing needs.
For this reason, Nagendra is licensed by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent and has the distinction of being a Certified Financial Planner™. He is also a member of the National Association of Tax Practitioners (NATP) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He understands that the tax and financial planning landscape is always changing and membership in these organizations allows him to stay current on new opportunities available to his clients.
Nagendra is married and lives in Setauket, NY with his wife and two young children.
Walter H. Brown
Walter has been in the financial business since 1995. He is a Investment Advisor Representative and advises on numerous investment and insurance solutions, with a focus on security and safety of retirement planning. Walter has always believed in a “hands on” approach with his clients, hence his perfect fit in partnering with magii. Walter focuses on providing our retirement plan clients and their employees an opportunity to make educated decisions regarding their finances.
Walter was born and raised in Islip, NY and currently resides in Ronkonkoma, NY. He has three daughters and is blessed with 2 grandchildren. Walter is also an accomplished girls softball coach, boasting 3 NYS championships, a proud veteran and active member in his local VFW.
Registered Assistant to Mark Gajowski
Jacqueline has been in the banking and financial industry for close to 20 years. She began her career at JP Morgan Chase as an Account Representative and within the first year was promoted to working with the Business Middle Market and Private Banking clients. Building on her customer service skills, she advanced to the International Personal Banking department where she serviced the overseas clients. In 2001 she became securities licensed while employed at Dreyfus Service Corporation as a Senior Client Specialist in the Institutional Sales department. She continued in finance, most recently at as the Director of Financial Operations at a regional broker-dealer. She has now made her home here at Magii as our Wealth Management Executive Assistant.
When Jackie is not working, she volunteers as PTA Council Treasurer and with community building initiatives. She is married with 4 children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, movies, dining out, and traveling.
